I developed an internal Agile Retro Tool utilizing AngularJS for the front end and Java Spring Boot for the back end. This tool streamlined project management and enhanced team collaboration by integrating with Azure DevOps for secure authentication and automated data retrieval. It featured multiple key functionalities, including a Retrospective Page for gathering feedback, a Kudos Page to acknowledge team contributions and a Team Creation Page for seamless formation of new teams. Moreover, the tool included a Team Collaboration Page to facilitate communication among team members and a Ratings and Reviews Page that allowed users to evaluate tasks and track project performance.
